O AGRUPAMENTO
Elipec is a livestock producers group from Alentejo, recognized as a Producers’ Organization, with over 100 associated farms covering an area of 100,000 hectares.
Its main objective is the monitoring, improvement, and marketing of cattle, sheep, goat, and pig livestock production of its members.
A PRODUÇÃO
With more than 10,000 cows, 14,000 sheep, 1,000 sows, and 5,000 goats, Elipec sells live animals or carcasses and vacuum-packed or tray-packed meat cuts, fresh or frozen.
Their animals live permanently in the field, in an extensive system and are raised in integrated production or organic production mode, so all production, certified by independent entities, adheres to strict rules regarding environmental respect and animal welfare, with the ultimate goal of providing quality meat with total food safety.
AS NOSSAS MARCAS
To enhance the value of the meat from the animals it markets, Elipec created 2 brands Elipec Bio and Herança do Alentejo and developed various ranges of beef and lamb products sold sliced or minced, frozen or fresh.
All Elipec Bio products are organic, bearing the European Union certification.
